I began working with Atlanta Harvest in 2018. Upon arrival, I immediately assisted in building a new farm. I helped build greenhouses, chicken coops for over 1,000 chickens, and multiple pins for goats and sheep. In addition, I assisted with building an on-site farm stand.  We sold the produce we were growing straight from the field to the on-site farm stand. A new location was acquired that was 3x larger than the original. So we broke everything down  relocated and rebuilt the farm bigger and better from the ground up.

During my time at Atlanta Harvest, I was the Farm Manager. It was here that I truly graduated from a gardener to a farmer. Production demand is much greater when feeding an entire community. I also was the lead on all things related to education engagement, from field trips of 500+ students to school garden projects with Clayton County Public Schools.
